This Pilot Who Perfectly Landed A Plane On A Busy Highway Deserves Every Award Available

Literally perfect. I’ve never seen a plane land smoother than that on any surface. The pilot brought that plane down like it was a normal thing to land on a busy highway packed with moving cars. Give him every award there is for heroics and bravery. That pilot has such giant balls that I’m surprised the plane was able to take off in the first place. Sully was a big story a decade ago when he landed in the Hudson but what we just watched might be more impressive. My palms sweat when I’m a passenger on a plane that’s landing on a runway so I can’t imagine how I’d react if I were in that situation. There’d be a lot of poop and a lot of tears.

There were an appropriate amount of bleeps in the video from the people filming. They dropped 700 curse words in 54 seconds which is exactly what they should’ve done. It was sneaky funny finding out that there was a kid in the car after all that swearing but you can’t not say HOLY SHIT and HOLY FUCK a bunch of times when a goddamn plane just landed in front of you while you were cruising down the highway. How about the kid being like, “Watch out for that plane” like it was just a normal thing? Great composure from everyone in the video. The pilot nailed it, the parents driving the car nailed it and the kid nailed it. Good work gang.
